a. Service Failure: If Trikona Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement.

b. Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made by the client after the services have been initiated.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@trikonastudio.com within 7 days of the completion of the service. The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

Please note that certain services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, photography sessions, event coverage, and other services explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Service Modification:

If the client wishes to modify the agreed-upon services, Trikona Studio by Elite Waves Media LLP will work collaboratively to accommodate such requests. However, this may be subject to additional fees, and any adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Disputes:

In the event of a payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact 8884900180 to discuss the issue before filing a dispute with their financial institution. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

Trikona Studio by Elite Waves Media reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in exceptional circumstances. Any exceptions will be determined at the sole discretion of Trikona Studio.
